Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos (if applicable).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or products returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
